Fight Class
Intermediate and advanced levels welcome. Intense, full-body workout with sparring and ring work-focused training. This class is designed for those looking to compete or who want a more challenging training experience. Includes advanced techniques, fight strategy, and conditioning.

Power Conditioning
Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels welcome. Intense full-body workout with no contact, no sparring. Conditioning-focused training to build strength and endurance. This class combines Muay Thai movements with high-intensity interval training for maximum fitness results.

Kids Class (Ages 5-12)
Minimum 5 years of age. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels welcome. Full body workout with light sparring. Technique and discipline focused training designed specifically for children. Our kids program builds confidence, focus, and respect while teaching effective self-defense skills. After age 12, students advance to our adult classes.

Judo Class
Learn the fundamentals of this Olympic sport, including throws, pins, and submissions. Our Judo program emphasizes safe practice and proper falling techniques. Classes are structured to accommodate all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Private Training

Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. You'll get in shape as you train.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We provide all necessary equipment for trial classes.
Is martial arts training safe?
Safety is our top priority. All classes are supervised by experienced instructors, and we emphasize proper technique to prevent injuries.
Do I have to spar/fight?
No. Sparring is always optional and only introduced when you're ready. Many members train for fitness and never spar.
How often should I train?
For beginners, 2-3 times per week is ideal. This gives you enough practice time while allowing your body to recover between sessions.
